Robusta from Uganda
Uganda Robusta is natural-processed and graded by screen to the export standard. We supply:
- Screen 18 — the largest export grade (about 7.1 mm), for espresso blends and premium soluble.
- Screen 15, 17 and 12 — for blends, soluble and ready-to-drink coffee.
- Single-origin and specialty Robusta — washed, honey and carefully prepared natural lots in pallet quantities.

Arabica from Uganda
- Bugisu AA and A — fully washed Arabica from Mount Elgon.
- Drugar and Wugar — natural (Drugar) and washed (Wugar) Arabica from outside the Bugisu grading scheme.
- Rwenzori lots — washed and natural Arabica from the Rwenzori mountains.

Where it grows
Robusta comes mainly from the central belt around Lake Victoria and western Uganda. Arabica comes from Mount Elgon in the east, the Rwenzori mountains in the west and West Nile. The origins guide covers altitude, varieties and processing by region.
Specification and quality data
Export green coffee is graded at the grading factory by screen size, defects counted per sample and moisture of no more than 12.5 percent. Lots listed here show the measured values from the grading report; anything not yet measured is marked “available on request”. When it is available
Fresh-crop central Robusta ships from December, washed Bugisu from about January, and Rwenzori and West Nile Arabica arrive twice a year. The harvest calendar has the month-by-month view.
How this list works
Lots appear here once a grading report exists and the coffee is available for offer. Each lot page shows the lot reference, species, grade, region, process, crop year, measured moisture, defect count, screen retention, cup profile and score (where cupped), bags available, packaging, warehouse location and traceability level. Sold lots stay online marked “sold” so that a link you saved still works, and are archived after a period. How pricing works
We do not publish prices. Uganda Robusta is priced as a differential to the London (ICE Europe) Robusta futures contract and Uganda Arabica against the New York (ICE) Arabica “C” contract, FOB Mombasa, for a stated shipment month; specialty lots may be priced outright. A quote from us states the price basis, Incoterm, shipment window, payment terms and the documents included. Request one against any lot or against a specification if no listed lot fits.
Samples
An evaluation sample — typically 300 g — can be requested against any lot marked “available” or “reserved”. Once contracted, a pre-shipment sample is drawn from the prepared export lot for your approval before stuffing. To ask for one now, use the sample request form.
How to get an offer
Send the species and grade, quantity, destination port and shipment window through the quote form. We reply with availability and an indicative offer basis (FOB Mombasa unless you ask otherwise). Minimums, payment terms and how buying at origin works are on the green coffee supplier page.
Frequently asked questions
Which grades can you supply?
Robusta Screen 18, 17, 15 and 12 and single-origin lots, and Arabica as Bugisu AA and A, Drugar, Wugar and Rwenzori lots. Availability depends on the harvest; tell us the grade, quantity and shipment window and we will confirm what can be offered.
Why are there so few lots listed?
Because we list only coffee that has been graded and can be offered. Many exporters publish long indicative lists; we prefer a short accurate one. If you do not see what you need, ask — availability changes weekly during the harvest.
Can I reserve a lot against a sample?
Yes. Tell us the quantity when you request the sample and we will hold it for an agreed period while you cup.
What does “available on request” mean on a lot page?
That the value has not yet been measured or confirmed for that lot. We never fill a specification with estimates; ask and we will measure or confirm it.
