How this list works
Lots appear here once a grading report exists and the coffee is available for offer. Each lot page shows the lot reference, species, grade, region, process, crop year, measured moisture, defect count, screen retention, cup profile and score (where cupped), bags available, packaging, warehouse location and traceability level. Sold lots stay online marked “sold” so that a link you saved still works, and are archived after a period.
How pricing works
We do not publish prices. Uganda Robusta is priced as a differential to the London (ICE Europe) Robusta futures contract and Uganda Arabica against the New York (ICE) Arabica “C” contract, FOB Mombasa, for a stated shipment month; specialty lots may be priced outright. A quote from us states the price basis, Incoterm, shipment window, payment terms and the documents included. Request one against any lot or against a specification if no listed lot fits.
Samples
An evaluation sample — typically 300 g — can be requested against any lot marked “available” or “reserved”. Once contracted, a pre-shipment sample is drawn from the prepared export lot for your approval before stuffing.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there so few lots listed?
Because we list only coffee that has been graded and can be offered. Many exporters publish long indicative lists; we prefer a short accurate one. If you do not see what you need, ask — availability changes weekly during the harvest.
Can I reserve a lot against a sample?
Yes. Tell us the quantity when you request the sample and we will hold it for an agreed period while you cup.
What does “available on request” mean on a lot page?
That the value has not yet been measured or confirmed for that lot. We never fill a specification with estimates; ask and we will measure or confirm it.
