What happens next
Who samples are for: importers, roasters, traders and manufacturers evaluating Ugandan coffee for a commercial purchase. Sample and courier costs are payable before dispatch.
Typical sample: 300 g of green coffee per grade or lot, enough for green analysis and two or three cuppings. Larger samples on request.
Courier: DHL Express door delivery from Kampala, normally within a week. The courier charge is the actual DHL quotation for your address and parcel weight.
Process: request → review → approval email with the sample and handling charge, DHL quotation and secure payment link → payment confirmed → dispatch with DHL tracking → follow-up after delivery.
After the sample: if you approve it and contract, a pre-shipment sample is drawn from the prepared export lot for your approval before stuffing.
